1. Overall summary
Implementation score and Fix now. Surfaces weak areas across GA4, GTM, Ads, Adobe, Consent, conversions, and Privacy/PII, ordered by priority. Click a score area to jump to the related chapter.
2. Implementation status
Implementation status, the flow map (tag entry, consent initialization, dataLayer input, GA4 collection, Ads/Adobe output, Privacy/PII), and overlap or implementation risks.
3. GA4
GA4 quality, collection routes, implementation routes, session quality, SPA route changes, the event ledger, event detail, event schema, parameter quality, custom-definition candidates, ecommerce detail, user identity, and the parameter matrix. The ledger has its own search box, and multiple Measurement IDs are switched with chips.
4. GTM and dataLayer
GTM containers visible on the page, dataLayer event summary, parameter structure, ecommerce item shape, and direct gtag/GTM overlap.
5. Ads
Ad tags across ten platforms, platform IDs, conversion labels, dedupe keys, enhanced-conversion hints, consent hints, failed requests, duplicate conversion risk, and alignment with GA4 and dataLayer.
6. Adobe
Adobe Analytics / Launch / AEP Web SDK implementation routes, Report Suite IDs, events, pageName, products, eVar/prop/list, conversion alignment with GA4, and production/staging mix risk.
7. Consent, cookies, PII
Consent Mode v2 default/update, consent values on GA4 and ad requests, the ads-before-consent count, the cookie inventory with SameSite and Secure, PII diagnostics, and consent impact. A Refresh button re-reads cookies only.
8. Network
Known vendor traffic and unknown domains, slow and failed requests. Searchable by domain or tool name. Requests over 800ms are flagged for review.
9. Technology stack
Tag topology (GA4 Measurement IDs, GTM containers, ad IDs, Adobe RSIDs, unclassified vendors) and detected tools, filterable by category.
10. Attribution
UTM parameters, ad click IDs such as gclid, fbclid, and msclkid, referrer, the page_location sent to GA4, and cross-domain hints.
11. Page information
Current URL, title, canonical, form structure, and HTML/script signatures for GA4/GTM, Consent, CMS, Next.js, Shopify, Stripe, and similar.
12. Evidence and verification
Audit confidence, finding evidence (GA4 hits, requests, dataLayer, cookies, variables, Ads, Adobe, or configuration), session audit, firing timeline, conversion mapping, conversion key quality, event design, GA4 audit, journey QA, and event inspection.
13. Baseline comparison
Differences against the baseline saved in Settings: GA4 events, Measurement IDs, GTM, Ads/Adobe, risks, and score. When no baseline is saved, the chapter says so instead.
14. Findings
The list of findings and recommendations. Use impact, verification method, owner area, and task size to decide the fix order.
